Netflix debuts the first trailer for “Westside,” their unscripted inside look at the L.A. music market.

Netflix has currently reinvented the way we enjoy motion pictures and TELEVISION, but what about the way we listen to our preferred artists? We’re about to discover. The streaming giant is belting their way into the music industry with their brand-new unscripted show,Westside, releasing November 9.

The program will follow the lives of 9 up-and-coming artists trying to break into the L.A. music scene, offering a gritty take a look at their truths as they confront their demons and invite them on stage. The very best part is that Netflix is billing the show as a cross betweenGlee,Genuine World, andThe Hills, so you understand it’s going to be full of must-download hits and high-stakes emotions.
